Glad you enjoyed your stay
First step would be for your fiancee to get her divorce finalised. No Decree Absolut no visa ...

WE are resigned to just putting your head down, arse up and getting cracking on "what needs to be done" - we obviously speak a great deal on the phone - about 5 times a day lol.
Young love - except im 38 and Cindy is 43 lol - still, we both feel like kids again

The K-1 process seems like it takes a while, but the time will soon go.
I went through the process in 2002.
Started the paperwork in July, & I was in the US in November.
Good luck.

I did it the 10 foot bargepole way, but I only had myself to think about, I wasn't bringing any kids with me.

You can see how long a K3 visa takes, but either way, you'll be seperated, just a case of before or after you get married...

Knowing what the children's situation is would help -- does your fiancee have children? If so, would their father allow them to live, even temporarily, outside of the US?
Same question for yourself.
There is no waiting period for remarriage after divorce in the US -- and the rules for who can marry, waiting periods between licence and marriage, etc vary from state to state and are not uniform as are England's.
Both divorces MUST be finalised as you must be eligible to marry; she will definitely need a copy of her final divorce decree, and she must earn enough money to "sponsor" you (or find a cosponsor). The number of children living in the household will determine the exact amount she must make.
