UK Tax Return
Been in the US for over 20 yrs now and I need to complete a UK tax return for a small amount of UK income (tax year ending April 5th 2025).
Anyone got any good accountants to help this process? |
Re: UK Tax Return
My wife has just completed her first self-assessment after 20 years of not filing, due to starting to receive pension income.
As a UK non-resident, you can't use the HMRC self-assessment forms to submit. She used Andica on-line. £25, very simple - she received her refund in 3 weeks. Looks like there's quite a few online options - much cheaper than turbotax here!! |
Re: UK Tax Return
I am wondering why you are paying tax in the UK, on pensions. My wife and I have 5 UK pensions. and all are no tax in the UK, but taxed in the US.
