Going by the King Cake we shipped from New Orleans recently, the little plastic baby is loose in the box and you have to hide it in the cake yourself, it isn't baked in.
So it seems it's okay to sell food items with toys in them and even to ship them, but just not to import them, but I thought the ban was just about food with toys in them in general rather than just a import ban. |

Just checked out the Cadburys creme eggs I bought back from the UK, they are made in Dublin under license from Cadburys. hmmmmmmm

I'm sure if you look at the label its made by Hershey. You can get Hershey made Cadbury's here (at a premium) but getting UK sourced Cadbury's is difficult.
