UK Passport Service - DC. Quick Question
So I overnighted my application via USPS. It looks to have arrived but there have been 2 attempts so far and according to the online tracking service, "No Authorized Recipient Available." I sent it to the 19 Observatory Circle NW address. Should I be concerned?

We used FedEx when we renewed my husband's passport last year. It did take a few attempts (according to the tracking system) for it to be signed for. We also sent it to the 19 Observatory address. I wouldn't worry just yet.
