But what if at the AOS interview you had been asked whether you had planned to stay and adjust status when you entered on that occasion? What about people who have entered on the VWP with big weddings already planned and no job or home to go back to in their home countries?
I have no idea how likely this scenario is, and what would happen, though, since nobody speaks about it...
