Default TX Rentals

Are rentals always quoted per month? (It isn't clear from the website)
Found a great site for rentals.. here
Can anyone recommend any other websites to scan please?

Many Thanks

Also, what is meant by "off rent"? (I'm guessing "office"?)
Thanks

You could try http://www.rentclicks.com/Texas/ they have a lot of property up here at least.

Also, try craigslist for your area as well, they tend to get a lot of rental property on there. http://houston.craigslist.org/

All the property I have seen has been quoted by the month.

You could always move up here to Dallas, I am moving out of my rental house in two weeks and the landlord is looking for another renter

We used rent.com It offers a $100 gift card if you quote their website when you visit the property, if you eventually sign a rental contract.
