TSC I-129F Notice of Action
Hi everyone,
My fiancee and I filed our I-129F for K-1 at Texas Service centre on Sept 3rd. We got return receipt of mail showing delivery on 10th September. We still have not had our 1st NOA from them yet. should we be concerned yet?
Can anyone give me a contact number for K-1 part of TSC so that we can find out if our application has been put into the process.
Thanks for the ongoing support.
Pete

Re: TSC I-129F Notice of Action
I beleive the process can easly take well over 30 days. There should
be a number on the NOA you received... I can tell you that when I went
through all this, attempting to contact one of these centers is like
beating your head against a brick wall. If you do get though to some
one, chances are they will not be able to tell you anything usefull.
I'd suggest just waiting and tyring not to worry too much. I don't
have lots of current experiance but I'd say untill at least 90 days
have passed I wouldn't be concerned.
There should be some timeline information around that gives you a
much better idea then what I've just told you, but I was not able to
find anything at first glance... the one thing I did find, seemed to
indicate that they are currently processing 129F stufff in Texas that
with them around the begining of August.

Re: TSC I-129F Notice of Action
He has not received his NOA#1 yet - that is the problem. So he does not
even have the recept number. All he has is the POSTAL return recept
that they have received it.
Hmmm.. you might want to wait a few more days, perhaps a week. Sometimes
the postal disservice can be slow. If you have not received it
in a week I would call the service center (just keep dialing!) and see if
you can talk to a real life person.
The GOOD news is that Texas is VERY FAST now days. about 8 -10 times faster
than Nebraska (which I had to go thru ;( ). So who knows.. you might even
get your 2nd NOA before your 1st NOA.
Good Luck!
