I would have fired her for lack of creativity. After all, she was presented with a perfect opportunity to get a new chair, see her least favourite pupil in the lock shop, get 6 weeks in the Med on paid admin leave, and get promoted to headmaster on her return. Instead she blew it with her whining. Just no helping some people.
