I wouldn't thank anyone for a house with mains water, not after living in a house with well water. .... And all that house on only 1.7 acres.

I went on a boat trip out of Clearwater and as we where passing this house the boat captain told me that Tom Cruise was selling it

Love the way they call his house a "single family property". Based on the quoted square footage, my "single family property" would fit in there 13 times.
