Hi everyone,

Last year I worked in California, and I was put on unpaid leave by my company starting in July because of the economic situation. I just got a contract for two months for a project in Brazil with an American Based company other than mine. My company is willing to let me take that project and keep me as their employee so that I could come back to them after two months, therefore I am keeping my TN1 Visa. So the question is, do I have to pay taxes on the money I earn in Brazil, is there a way to keep the whole pay I get there?

Thanks for the advice,
Will
