Hi All,
I have just arrived in Houston and for the next 3 mths my employer has arranged for me to stay in temp accom until I can find somewhere to live. I am staying in a self contained apartment managed by Murphys Corporate Lodging.
I understand that they arrange for a housekeeper to come in 1-2 times per week to lean apartment. I'm guessing that it would be normal to leave a few dollars tip each day for the housekeeper ???
Also, what about the person who has been assigned to me to help me settle in to Houston and find a place to rent, etc... Would you provide a tip for them at completion of their service ?
Regards,
Julia

Depends....they're probably being paid a pretty decent wedge of cash, so you shouldn't feel obliged unless they've done an especially good job of it and certainly not if they've paid a pigs ear out of it.

Cheers for the advice.
So - Yes tip the housecleaner and maybe consider tipping the relocation consultant depending on I feel about the level of service provided.
