Then get a F1 visa and become a student because that's the only chance you've got, unless you find yourself in a company willing to transfer you.

It's very different here, companies also don't need to fund study to get top talent.

Well that's unlikely to happen. You have very limited means of working on a student visa.

I think its 20 hrs per week max? Not ideal.

With an F-1 you are normally also restricted to working on campus only - so, at best, you should be thinking of a minimum wage job in the campus bookstore ...

And realistically not even that, as they tend to be reserved for work study students, not those who are meant to be able to show tuition and living expenses as part of the visa.
