I really don't mind starting over. I like a challenge! I imagine retraining would be very expensive and I hoped funding this would be something to attract an employer.
It's very different here, companies also don't need to fund study to get top talent. |

With an F-1 you are normally also restricted to working on campus only - so, at best, you should be thinking of a minimum wage job in the campus bookstore ...
