basically no there isn't any crime, I think in the last 6 years one person was murdered which was a domestic and there has been no other violent crime for a very long time. I'm sure there is some petty crime that goes on but I've yet to see any, car crime and burglaries are very rare and I leave my house and car unlocked on a regular basis, my hubby once left his car door wide open all night on the drive with a cell phone in it and it was still there in the morning. Its all very strange considering we live only a stones throw from Pomona although I think you have to go quite far south into Pomona for it to become really rough. Its a beautiful. peaceful and safe neighbourhood and I highly recommend it to anyone that has a spare million dollars to spend on a house..

Colorado Springs has surprisingly good weather sunny and warm most days (not the humid heat either), temperature does drop when the sun goes in but the mountians protect you from any major snow fall etc.

Yes welcome. And it honesty doesn't rain all the time we've had nice weather recently (t-shirts - honestly!) Though not today! Weather is more like England re rain than Scotland as you do get days here that don't rain not like home (Scotland)!

Lots of easily accessible concerts and sports games

I didnlt have a clue what the place would be like until i moved here to be with my wife but it really is very pleasant

Reasonable traffic
Good nightlife
Lots of things to do and places to go and see.
Quite reasonable cost of living
Lots of easily accessible concerts, Baseball and football games
Great Fishing and Boating on the Intracoastal and St Johns River.
Great Beaches!
I'm Not leaving here!
