If the incident didn't involve someone getting shot in the face it hardly warrants a mention, though I'm surprised Kingfisher hasn't risen to the challenge - must be having a lie in.

What's going on indeed ???
Your son's a student and he was going to the library........crazy b**tard.
Just to be on the safe side you'd better give him a call to make sure that he wasn't shot in the face or hit with 100,000 volts.

here is the jist of it.

1........campus police ask for ID of everyone in library.
2........guy fails to show ID upon asking, refuses to leave the library.
3........guy is being escorted out, tells campus police "get your arm off me"
4 .......guy falls down (I think on purpose as a protest at being touched)
5........ campus police tazer him at least 3 or 4 times.

Are we sure it wasn't Christiano Ronaldo - that would obviously also explain the security guard's (campus police - wtf ??) eagerness to tazer him repeatedly.

Alex Ferguson wasn't seen on the sidelines yelling for a last minute penalty so I presume it wasn't Ronaldo.

judging by his alcoholic appearance, he was in the student bar instead.

Talk about over-reacting. In none of the accounts I've come across so far was there any suggestion that the guy was armed, so what possible justification could there have been for using a tazer on him? And to do so repeatedly?
