Default Suggestions for an area to suit me?

So I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me a place that would suit me if I list my criteria.

1) I want a place that has average prices on everyday things
2) LA
3) Fairly good schools
4) lower the crime rate the better
5) A nice community (Suburbs allways look nice, but I hate snobbery?)
6) Close to West hollywood (Within an hours drive)
7) Im in the computer proffesion, but am also into property development
8) I like small houses more than big appartments/condos

None of that is in any order, and I know no where will meet all the criteria. However any suggestions are good!

Well if number 2 is your criteria, I'd suggest LA.

Problem is, you haven't mentioned a budget, so no point in folks suggesting something that you couldn't afford, you also didn't mention where you'd be working, so if the commute is to much, it would also be a wasted suggestion.

Trucker, policeman, potential EB5 investor, computer professional and property developer - all before your 20th birthday. What will you be tomorrow?

Why are you wasting both your time and ours? Go back to school.

Really? That's not what you wrote in your myriad prior posts. So... were you lying then, or are you lying now?

Surely "do you want fries with that" is more likely?

Actually I would do anything to get into the USA, which is the reason for my many posts. I have recently inherited some money. I would have around $350,000 for a property.

That wouldn't get you much in LA...and owning property won't get you a visa to the US...so...

Take a vacation to the east coast...visit lots of beach towns. Maybe you'll meet a nice American girl and who knows.....
