Which State Would You Live In Given The Choice?
#1
If you had your choice of all the states in America which one would you choose and why?
If you had no commitments or constraints where in the US would you live?

I'd live in red rock country - Utah, or maybe parts of Colorado or Arizona. I just love the landscape out there.

well work wise we chose California for our move. But given the choice, it would probably be somewhere that I call 'real america'
wyoming, utah, somewhere near flagstaff in Arizona. Those kind of states

CA is bearable, I wouldn't move within the USA but would go to UK or Europe.

I'd prefer California, for personal reasons. But if that wasn't a factor, I'd probably still stay in Washington. The weather is seasonal and not to the extreme that the east can get.

Washington, Oregon and stints in Vermont and Maine to spread out the year....though if given the chance, Nova Scotia and Vancouver area of Canada appeal too.

I haven't been to many states, but we like CO and don't want to live anywhere else. I did drive through a few getting here, and there wasn't any I would have said I would like to settle in as far as I saw.

Vermont takes a lot of beating – plenty of hiking and biking opportunities in the Summer and Fall combined with the best skiing on the East Coast for the winter months.

Vermont, or waaay upstate NY. Beautiful all year round and I love the extremes of weather, well it depends how extreme but I love there being very distinct seasons to be more precise.

Virginia and Maryland are definately preferable to Florida. I'd move back to either England, or maybe France (Northern or Southern) if the choice was available to me.
