That's exactly what we say...we regret we didn't have this house brick built but we were new to the US and knew no better.

yeah this last winter was both good and bad for us... we moved here from LA in Dec... to 55F and it was great... then Jan hit... 20F seemed harsh... then Feb, -20F... I was walking to/from home/station/work and DAMN that aint nice when you have to cover up every last piece of skin else lose it... then when you get indoors you sweat like you wouldn't believe in 5 seconds...

We tend not to get hail but we do get ice rain which IMHO is much worse. It coats every surface with a thick layer of ice...brings down trees and cables not to mention the chaos it creates on roads and walkways.

I'll agree with that statement. Colorado had fantastic weather. Spoke to my mate in Denver yesterday though and he said its been pissing down with rain for weeks now.

Arizona. Phoenician sun in summer, Flagstaffian snow in winter. They're only about two hours from one-another, but worlds apart in geography and climate.

Could a company sponsor me for a 2 year work permit visa? I would imagine I would have to leave the country before the end of the 2 Year period was up with a trip to Canada or (Texas I am learning )/UK Depending on how long the process takes.
