Sonos
This is completely off-topic, and probably should be removed by the moderators but...
...has anyone here looked at the amazing Sonos system for wirelessly playing digital music (mp3 etc.) around the house?
I've just bought a system, and it is the best engineered, best designed and all-round best gadget I've seen in years!
Anyone with a digital music collection who would like to be able to listen to different tracks around the house and control it all from a beautiful colour-screen remote control should really check Sonos out.
And no, I'm not affiliated, nor on commission.
And yes, this has nothing whatsoever to do with British Expat Lifestyle & Culture, but what the hell

I've noticed that some of those 78s look a little bit rough. If you need some help in polishing them to a nice spit shine finish, please let me know.

and if it works is probably worth a fortune...

Re: Sonos
Heard that Sonos was a good piece of gadgetry - bit too pricey for my liking at this time though. Reckon I'll wait till there gets to be some reasonable competition on the market and prices come down - no doubt it's the way forward though.
