Social Security Payment
Hello All -
If a person works in US for 10 Years (40 quarters) but never gets a
green card or never becomes a citizen - he/she still pays social
security payments out of paycheck every month for 10 years. When
person gets older, can he/she claim social security? Even when they
reside outside of US?
Regards,
AZXML
