Hello, if a US citizen spouse is sponsoring their spouse for a green
card, does anyone know if it will work if the USC spouse's primary
source of income is Social Security Disability? If one includes the
USC spouse's Social Security Disability and other income, their income
is probably barely over the 125% of poverty line required for Form
I-864; however, if the Social Security Disability income can't be
counted and only the other income is allowed, they would be nowhere
near 125% of poverty line. Will such a case be workable? Will there be
any problem on Form I-485 where the green card applicant is supposed
to assert they won't be reliant on gov't funds in the future?
