She can check one for free and one extra paid for $45

Any ideas of the cheapest way to get the remaining 4 there

This may not help...but the QM2 sails from Brooklyn to Southampton every few weeks. You can get some really good last minute deals and take as much luggage as you can stuff in your cabin.

Maybe she could just use a shipping container ? Number 1 son took a single case, half of which was filled with duvet for some reason.
And right now, number 2 son, Lizzyq and I are in a hotel in Albuquerque, waiting to throw him out at school tomorrow morning with a two immigrant bags, a PC and a coffee machine.

Its different for boys.
