Hi, we are currently based in Australia and obtaining quotes to ship belongings to the US. Some companies are telling me that due to customs being very strict, they need to do all our packing (expensive) Seven Sea say we can pack ourselves.

Any experience with this regulation or shipping company recommendations most appreciated.
