I am getting ready to file my AOS thru marriage with USC. I have got 4 (2x2 inches) adit photos of myself and 2 of my husband's ready. Now I am looking into the I-765 form and seems like it requires another 2 (1.5x1.5 inches) adit photoes. Do I need to submit separate photos for I-765 filing? Seems I haven't heard of people sending in 6 photos of herself at a time. Could anyone please advise?

Yes. Send in the number of photos required on each form. They will take your photo at the INS office for the EAD but the package will, like Ivory soap, 99.94% be returned if you don't include them.

Try to send as many pics as they want for the I-765 which is what I did, but just in
case I have been sending at least 1-2 more extra pics with every application I send
out to the INS....there is no way they can lose it this way or say we didnt send out
pics..dr shiv

If I remember right, I sent in 2 photos of my husband (USC) and 6 of me...2 for
I-485, 2 for AP, and 2 for EAD.
