I was looking at this one, which is much better tabulated.

I actually looked at that one before and discovered that it's not a complete list. It doesn't show any Canadian universities for a start. For example, my daughter goes to the University of Western Ontario in Canada which has a federal school code of G08446. You can find it there by entering the school code but it doesn't appear on any other search.

Those are separated out under "CN".
