works out to be competitive with our local British shop and I don't get tempted by Curly Wurly's and Wine Gums while I'm buying from Amazon!!

World Market sometimes have it as well as F&E.

Okay this might be a dumb question but I'm going to ask anyway.

Is this salad cream (yes, I can buy it just around the corner from my place) the same salad cream that is served on salads in places such as the Netherlands and Germany?

I really enjoyed it and would buy it for home use if it were ... So looking forward to the answer.

Yes Rete - you put it on salads, or eggs. It tastes a bit sharper than mayo.

I might have to try this. Is it something between mayo and sour cream?

A few people have posted in the past that Miracle Whip tastes the same as Salad Cream.

It's got a vinegar base to it, so try to imagine pickled mayo! .... And it has a consistency similar to a thick ranch dressing.
