Cheap and cheeful sheets for me from Target, at least then I can afford to replace them often ;)

Gawd blimey ... drooling, crumpling and a 'FEW other body fluids' ... maybe I shouldn't ask?

I brought over two duvets from John Lewis...one for summer and one for winter, and loads of duvet covers and sheets from Ikea and John Lewis. I can't bear the stuff they have over here. The designs are naff and the quality questionable. I miss John Lewis and Marks and Sparks. :(

OK, so now I don't feel quite so stupid for not liking the crap they have here! Thanks for all you replies everyone. I had looked on Next and M&S seeing as my mum is coming in 3 weeks (yay!) but don't fancy much of it. I am an oranges/reds/golds kind of person and I suppose that does not really go with the summer stuff around.
I will keep trogging along, albeit now with a huge belly full of wine and let you know how I get on.
I asked my son tonight if he wanted to go to Six Flags Marine World tomorrow and he said, 'No, I just wanna go shopping.' Bless him, he so used to it now, I am a bad parent!
Anyhoo, keep em coming y'all!!!

Next trip to the UK = bring back one king size duvet & two cover sets by Dorma! :)

problem is a king size duvet cover in england is a differant size than here I bought duvet cover sets in u.k. for my king bed and they were too small only fitted the queen bed. The higher the thread count the nicer the sheet,I always go for a high count the sheets are lovely and soft and do not pill and last much longer, got sheets I've had almost 10 years and still like new, when i bought lower thread after a few washes they were hard and pilled and were so uncomfortable, Thread count means how many threads to the inch :)
