Default Royal wedding

Will any expats be watching the upcomming wedding of Prince Charles to Camilla Parker Bowls that will be screened on BBC America on 9th April? Most of my co-workers are very excited about the wedding probally more so than the British public says it all really!

Prince Charles and Camilla are having no luck at all with their marriage.

First of all they had to cancel their wedding this Friday cause of the Pope's funeral and now Camilla's friends can't attend on Saturday cause they are all running in the Grand National.

I just watched a MSNBC video giving the American perspective on the delay of the wedding because of the Pope's funeral. It give a hilarious insight into the American view of Brits. The commentator even tries to say "knackered" in a British accent ....

Worth a watch. Use this link and click on the video link to the right of the headline.

latest news:

Events will also affect the Grand National at Aintree, with a change in start time from 1545 BST to 1610 BST.
So now her friends can attend.

absolutely.
which is why I think they should stick to royal protocol and demand that Camilla be called Camilla, Princess of Wales.

get rid of the lot of them - give the Queen and her cronies a few terraced houses in Sheffield and call it a day.

I'd rather watch Ken & Dreary get hitched on Corrie!

Even the China Daily calls Chuck & Cam a "Brady Bunch"-style family.

Snow and icy winds forecast for them....nice touch.....

I think Manc summed it up in a nutshell

Anyway a certain scandalous weekly email said last week that there's rumours in newsrooms over there that the reason why Charlie is tying the knot now is because the Queen is ill and might not be around much longer.

Probably a load of bull given that her mother lived to be over 100 but it makes you wonder why they decided to marry out of the blue...
