For many on the list, they are the richest on paper. However, the value of shares can fall as well as rise so their ranking could possibly change from day to day.

The Wally World employees are probably not rejoicing in the rankings of the Wally World family members listed either...

Bill Gates hit a high of something like 94 billion a few years back.

The Wally World employees are probably not rejoicing in the rankings of the Wally World family members listed either...
I heard on the radio this morning that many families deliberately set up trusts for their children and otherwise shift assets around to keep themselves off of this list. I'll bet there a large number of families at $999MM in net worth...

Groovy idea...We'll be in a San Fran hotel so the element of surprise might be a bit difficult. Thanks Elvira

I'm sure you'll think of a plausible excuse to send him on some errand or other. Half an hour is all you need to get ready

My hubby has long arms too.LOL.

The last couple of birthdays I have bought him an IPod and a Sat Radio. This year I am at a loss. He loves photography but has loads of cameras and accessories. One year I bought him a valet key ring from Tiffany's, which is very useful when you just want to leave the car key.

Enjoy San Fran...its a great city.

Thanks Jersey will do...Guess I'll do what Elvira suggests and see what I can turn up at Macy's before the store gits descend on me.

I bet you there are MANY off that list whose assets sit overseas in the 'pre-disclosure banking' days.
