RFE envelope too small

RFE envelope too small
Hi,
My fiance is all ready to submit all the required documents as per the K1 RFE.
Some extra documents too. For example, they did not ask for my passport and Birth certificate copy. But I am sending after having learnt from so many other's experiences here.
Am not sure if its ok?. My passport lists my Late husband's name. It does not indicate if he is dead or alive though!
My first concern is -
Is it OK to send inputs more than asked for?
Second (And most important) -
The RFE envelope (Which is mandatory to use) is too small. Not enough even for the documents that they "asked for". Let alone the additional ones.
Can we send it in a "different" envelope with the same address written on top of the Bigger envelope?
From the time we started on the K1 tour , it has been stressful!
