Default Quick questions

A couple quick questions.......

1.) When going to the INS interview to determine if our marriage is legitamite (it is, of course)...what will they want to see? Leighton and I dont have many cards or things to prove when we met..this is what I do have...

-Wedding reception pictures, wedding cards, etc

-phone bills showing we corresponded daily

-a lease that we both signed 2 weeks after we married

-bills in our names for the apartment we live in

-other pictures of other events (birthday parties, fairs, etc)

-statements from both parents/friends/coworkers

Also, when they review my income taxes from the last 3 years, I'm definitely not rich...I may make 25,000 a year. Do they base whether or not my husband is allowed to stay on the money that I make? Thank you.

Anything which you have in joint names, car title, household bills bank accounts etc will all help towards the case. If you make 25,000 a year and it is only the two of you and the amount shows on your tax return you should be well above the 125% poverty line.
