yes yes i did. and when i read things about "i've married a woman i've never seen, and we performed the ceremony on the telephone, and now we can't get an H-1 visa" i thought "you know, maybe this isn't the right place".
and also, most everyone (see use of local language) on there is posting on this thread now anyway, its not really made a jot of difference. non?

and do keep up, i've rephrased the question to now read: "sole-trading" not realted to h-4. i've accepted (and moved on, such is my amazing ability at that) and asked a new question. i think, and in fact i've just checked here and indeed i am right, that i asked about sole trading for a company you've set up.
so as i said, do keep up people. its not ****ing rocket science and i am making you clearly aware (through use of bold typing) what i'm asking here.

thanks lovelys.

I believe it's still a job that a US Citizen cat herder would want.

Well thats harsh. I wonder if you could prove that theres no Citizen or PR cat herders available the INS would let his wife do some unpaid car herding?

On a side note I now get adverts offering me Halibut recipes and Halibut fishing courses for this thread. WOnder if I'll get Cat herding courses soon?
