I got a immigrant visa now. So when I enter the US as immigrant how long does it take until I get the work permit ???

What kind of "immigrant" visa do you have? You posted a question on Alt.visa.us.marriage-based about the two year marriage rule and adjustment of status re: conditional vs. unconditional green cards. Does this apply to you? If so, you won't need a work permit if you enter the US with an approved spousal visa. The I-551 stamp you receive at the Port of Entry enables you to work after you to go to the Social Security office, get a social security card, and then apply for a job and go to work.
