Only the green ones, fortunately, which are optional! But yeah, I'm envious of people here saying they get water included - water bills here are bonkers too.

Oh well - like notonuksoil, I consider it mostly cheap school fees. If we'd stayed in Switzerland, we'd have had to move at least my oldest into English-speaking education for secondary; here, we chose an area with top-rated elementary, middle and high schools (small class sizes in the low 20s, superb academic results, excellent range of music, art and sport programs offered in school, swimming complex included on site, etc). So yeah, cheap school fees for two kids. Sort of.
