It ought to be. In Mexico you can buy a month's worth for the equivalent of about 3 U.S.D. Here they cost c.$45.00. Same pills made by the same company, and no, they are not government sponsored in Mexico.

It's a metaphor for U.S. foreign policy. Erections, not responsible planning.

That's hilarious!!! It is truly insane, they'd rather pay for a new human being than $40 a month (incidently that's the price for the generic that my doctor prescribed.. I wonder that the original costs).

Speaking of women's issues, I read somewhere recently that a court decided a health care company should pay for a woman's breast implants because she was mentally depressed with her current body. I can't remember where I read that so I don't know how accurate it is, but who doesn't doubt it?

My doctor told me recently that one of the main reasons health care companies won't pay for planned parenting methods is because there are a lot of organizations who still believe planned parenting is a form of abortion. They suppose preventing pregnancy by any other method aside from abstinence is denying God's will. I don't want to get into a religious debate here, but wouldn't god's will also be stopping reviving someone from a heart attack? Doing the Heimlich Maneuver in a restaurant? I just don't see how that arguement can hold up.

I'll shut up now.. can you tell I've just been to Walmart to pick up my monthly prescription?

The bizarre one for me is that a woman can legally terminate another life ( ie pregnancy ) yet can't decide to terminate her own life via a living will in the event of an accident etc.

I have to say, this is my first president election campaign now that I am in the States and I'm enjoying it.

After watching the last three debates, I'd love to be able to go back and view the Clinton debates. I was a bit of a Clinton fan

Bush's performance is poor and I can't believe he did well in the last debates. But then, he was up against Gore.

Kerry by far looks more presidential than Bush. I like what he says, I love the way he attacks and I can't wait for the final.

The one problem I do find though is that the same points are being used in the attacks. WMD, flip-flopping. It's like a stuck record. I would feel 100% confident with Kerry if more issues were raised.

Friday's debate introduced a few more like the medical issues. But eventually Saddam and WMD are bought up again.

I felt the abortion issue was tip-toed around with no direct answer. Either side not wanting to lose voters on that topic.

As for the election itself, that will be a great evening. Going to get the beers in for that one.

It would be easy to say that Kerry will win but I'm not so sure. There are many people in this country that still don't listen to all the facts and let certain news channels determine it for them.

Kerry will either win by a landslide, or Bush will win with a close draw with another possible vote counting scandal.

I can't wait.

They just need a good ole PQT, let 'em slang it out proper, unscripted and have to really face the issues rather than skirt around the same old topics and rehash the old shite, WMD, flip flop etc...

I do not think the right questions are being discussed in great detail, Iraq always comes up but it is not the only major issue in this country. Our dependency on Oil has to be seriously addressed, job creation and I do not mean minimum wage jobs, pay equality etc.

Imho (based on a minute here and a minute there) Bush looked more Presidential (whatever “Presidential is, said in the voice of Prince Charles) in this debate (D#3) verses D#1. Kerry looked and sounded Presidential. So I guess it comes down to substance.

Over to you guys, how did the President and prospective President do?
