Well Im so pleased that Hurricane season is nearly here but Im even more pleased to see we are having a pre season warmup, so I'd like to thank Hurricane Adrian for putting in an early appearance (albeit just south of us), and not only that but he played a blinder by coming from a direction no hurricane has come from in 56 years, completely flatfooting the opposition and screwing up all our weekend plans! Heres to a long and fruitful next 6 months. South Florida rocks. And for all those northern types, thats the long dangly bit under Georgia.

Yeah twas a little'un but you should always warm up before going for anything strenuous. Still buggered up the weekend BBQ/Pool Party we were sposed to go to though.

Speaking of Hurricane Adrian .... I was once engaged to a fellow named Adrian. I seem to remember saying the same thing to him!

No hurricanes in Oklahoma, thank goodness, and a sparsity of tornadoes too this year.
