I think 19 out of 20 of our cards made it this year.

I sent two boxes via surface mail on Nov 4 to two different addresses and they both arrived ok, although a week apart!

However, a couple of years ago I sent a box two days before the last posting date and it didn't get to it's destination until the middle of February!

Oh yes, don't give up hope, I'm sure it will turn up eventually. We've lived in the US for 8 years and in all that time I've never had a parcel go missing. Although the one that didn't turn up unto February was a nail bitter . I'm sure my family were beginning to wonder if I had sent anything at all that christmas.

Does the method you mailed include a tracking number? Can you check that way?

How heavy was your package? What about the dimensions? Unusual size? Did you include a return address?

I don't know, as usual, no one in the UK bothered to tell me. I can guarantee that there will be someone who hasn't received a parcel and is sitting there fuming at me but doesn't want to actually get in touch to find out what the deal is.

I sent mine DHL. Three days from my work to my mums door. Of course, it's a little more pricey, but worth it if you want it to arrive. I think all our cards made it before christmas, but at various times leading up to last delivery.

I do have a tracking number, the package was 4lbs, medium size box and return address, so finger's still crossed.

Sent mine on Dec 2nd which I think was a Saturday and they were there by the following Thursday, I posted one later which went on the 7th and it didn't get there until the 28th..I tracked it and it left the US by air on the 11th and Royal Bloody Mail didn't get it there for anither 17 days..
Didn't get thanks for many of them though, I shall not be bothering next year, they can all piss off. I got the usual "oh well I didn't get time to go to the post office" excuse. Shitheads.

I sent 2 packages air mail on the 13th december, the one to the UK got there no problem before christmas. The other was to Canada and didn't arrive until the thursday after christmas. Weird. But at least they got there I guess.
