Police Certificates

Does anyone know if it is a K-3 spousal requirement to have a police certificate from every country you've lived in over 12 months, or is it only a K-1 fiancee requirement. If it is a K-3 spousal requirement, has anyone had any luck getting the London Consular to obtain a police certificate from The Netherlands?
