please help
hi guys,
Little annoyed but of course not surprised. I am officially caught between two govt agencies so I would appreciate some help...of course not interesting in nasty comments! I94 expires end of May and visa extension papers submitted mid March (E-3 visa). Went to DMV this week as my license expires on the same day as my I94. Not surprisingly the manager denied to extend and gave me a list of acceptable documents (only APPROVED application applies to me). Little pissed off as not having a license in CA will not be funny. Anyone can offer any insight on how I can get around this (if anything). THanks, |

I don't know if this thread is appropriate or relevant any more: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/to...ivers-license/
Could perhaps try a different DMV?! |

I agree with GeoffM, try a different DMV. The alternative, is to drive on an expired license.
Ian Ian - Really?! NO thx |

Re: please help
+1 on Los Gatos being above the usual low DMV standard
