We wanted to get our meds done at the beginning of the year and get all the paper work ready to go but the lawyers suggested we didn't. They said that you have to file within 30 days of having your medical and so we should wait for the PERM application to be certified. I don't know if that is true or if they were just fobbing us off.

Mmmmm thats interesting. Better get hubby on the case. I am not faffing about having another medical, mmr, chezt xray, preggers test and the rest of it.

I thought medicals were valid for at least 6 months?

Oooops well I just penned a really vitriolic email to our attorneys which oH just forwarded on. Nevermind they need a kick up the behind anyway......

They said 30 days. At the time I couldn't be bothered to check because it looked as though we were in for a really long wait and I just felt like giving up and going home.
