Only one of the 4 or 5 Publix we have here sells Ox Kidney. Sometimes they mis-label Veal Kidney as Ox. It takes 5 times as much to make a decent Steak & Kidney Pie. The key is in the colour, Veal kidney is quite pale in comparison to the reddish-brown of the real thing.
As for finding Lamb's Liver or Kidney. I suspect the animals here have been genetically modified to have none.
There is something new in our local store called "Australian-American Lamb". I haven't worked that one out yet.

Alternatively you can find the £ sign by running charmap (start-run-charmap) and then doing a cut and paste.
