How would Corbyn change your day to day life so much that you'd leave?

Re: Relocation to Chicago Area from UK
I am not sure if you have spent much time in the UK recently, but the far left labour hardcore are quite an active and vocal bunch who genuinely believe in a socialist utopia. Add in to that Corbyn's apparent willingness to engage with undesirables (think PLO, IRA et al) and John McDonnell's grand plans for wealth redistribution, topped with a generous helping of Diane Abbott and you have a leadership that would make for a fairly unappetising environment for anyone who believes in success and enjoying the fruits of their labour.
People may feel as strongly about Trump, but unless they are an illegal alien or a government worker currently furloughed, I cannot see how lives would be affected to the same extent as a hard-left labour government would on the UK.
I'm not after a political discussion about the rights and wrongs, just laying out why I would have left the UK if the current Labour administration were to govern.

The rhetoric of the opposition party is an extreme left position, which is hell bent on empowering unions, redistributing wealth and creating a socialist state. I am a staunch capitalist keen to protect the income I make to provide for my family. In a well paying job in the UK, I was handing over >50% of any pay increase direct to the taxman and this percentage would certainly not improve under a Labour government.

Your use of this platform to deliver a political statement and point of view and then say you're not looking for a political discussion is a classic facist power play. Listen to me, I know what's best and I'm the only person that can save you. The others are all liars. Classic.
Please, no more politics.

it appears from your myopic rhetoric that you and Trump have much in common and would make splendid allies.

Out of curiosity, how much time have you spent in the UK in the last 2 years? Just ensuring my myopia isn't contagious...

That's really crazy. If virtue-signalling is that important to you, off you go.
Same for leaving the UK under Corbyn.
