An Ode to the INS
Immigration and Naturalisation
Service seems like a strange word to use.
Pseudo-control of "this great nation"
Flaws emphasised by the news.
Individual results may vary -
"Who needs a lawyer? Not me!".
Frequent wolf crying may make me wary
Dollars and minutes flow like they're free.
Mercy of others - no longer!
Relief in form of envelope white.
What doesn't kill you will just make you stronger,
That's what they say.
They can borrow my hindsight.
