O/T: The shape of things to come?
Presumably some credit card companies now think that as the new bankcruptcy bill has been signed into law, they can do anything they like.

Are there any 0% cards in the US? (Sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but since I'm still without a SS# it's been of mute interest until now - but (fingers crossed) I should be up and running in a month or so...)

As far as I know, it doesn't stand for anything. It's just the company logo.
