Not exactly sure of the in's and out's of chapter 11, but administartion is basically 1 step shy of bankruptcy and the firm can be taken out of it once it has sufficiently recovered. When in administration the administrator, not the board call the shots.

Just done a quick google (Fa na) Walkers has 70% of the market share of get this...10 billion packets of crisp sold each year in the UK.
