I run 2 miles everynight, weight train 3 times a week plus windsurfing....I am fitter now than I when I left school at 16.

My inhaler (for asthma) that usually lasts 2 months still has a month left in it and we are now into month 4 (april).

so yes, its going very well.
I gave up all dairy products a while ago...well okay I still have eggs, but apart from that I'm all soy milk, soy cheese and soy mayo - the result?
NO MORE ASTHMA, YEAH!!

Soy cheese is fine as long as you melt it. If you don't, it does indeed taste like armpits. Or you can get soy cheese slices, like the kraft ones and they're really good on sarnies, taste basically the same
Soy mayo is great, it doesn't have the same creamy texture but apart from that, I can't tell the difference. Try Nasoya's "Nayonnaise" thats the best I've found.

Hiya, how's it going over there. Had about 3" of snow here this morning.

Well done with the weight, hope you've managed to 'stay on the rails' while you've been in the UK. Still even if you've put on a bit you'll get it off when you get back. Enjoy the rest of your stay.

I was doing great until Super Bowl sunday when I gorged on all things bad. It went down hill from there and now the doctor told me to lose 20 pounds.

thats amazing! I actually still eat a fair amount of dairy products and I know this sounds silly and I'm in no way implying it was this, but I started taking "flax seed oil" 3 tabs a day....my lower back doesn't ache as much and I don't even think about using my inhaler...even after running a few miles..

My mums a nurse and she said they had restricted the amount of dairy respiratory patients were given and practically all of them had improved as a result, so I decided to give it a try.
Flax seed oil is great - I think its full of EFA's
Are you tall? I was wondering because of the lower back pain you mentioned. I think tall people tend to have dodgy backs, my family are all tall and have aching backs at some point.
Another thing to consider taking for joints and stuff is Apple cider vinegar - that stuff is pretty amazing for being all round fantastic for your body.
