How do I do a Google search to find out if the question I am about to ask has already been answered 1,000 times.

I am an American who doesn't like ex-pats (particularly from the UK) how do I stop myself constantly berating them, if they complain about the slightest thing about their life in the US.
Because I have no bottle in my real life, how can I stop myself coming on here, hidden behind a computer screen and
"give it large"
