Neil Entwhistle charged with Murder of Wife and Daughter

Re: Neil Entwhistle charged with Murder of Wife and Daughter
Looks like the great state of Mass can pay to keep this guy in a cage for about 50 more years. Shame...anyone who can gutshoot a 2 yr old baby, then leave it to suffer for hours as it dies next to it's already dead mother really ought to suffer the gravest penalty.

Just listened to the BBC new on Radio 2 and a US Police spokesperson is saying they are asking for extradition. Bow Street Maggs are going to hear his case tomorrow.
Lets hope their honours are sensible in their descisions.

Just talking to Mrs. G1ant about this and we came up with this "what if"
What if you kill someone in Texas, you know you are going to get caught so you hop on a plane to London. When you get there you go to the police and hand yourself in. If they have to extradite you to get you back, they can't execute you. Or can they?

Britain will not allow extradition to a place where there is a death penalty. In Entwhistles case- they likely will allow because the State he was living in doesn't have the death penalty.
Not sticking up for the guy- but whatever made him do what he seems to have done, he was ahighly intelligent bloke and if it had been premeditated murder he surely would have planned his escape better- namely taking a taxi to the airport and buying a one way ticket to Brazil or somewhere he would not have been extradited. He headed for the UK and his parents, where he knew that would be the first place they would look for him.....I reckon he went to spend some time with them before he was arrested. Nancy Grace (godawful bloody prog I know) had him branded a cold hearted pyschopath last night......psychopaths don't normally run home to Mum and Dad, they're way too cunning for that.
