My husband filed I129F for K3 visa, after more than a week he received the 1st NOA dated May6, 2002 but until now he doesn't received yet the 2nd NOA . He's trying to follow-up by writing a letter enclosed the photocopy of the receipt. Is there something more that we need to do now? I'm here in the Philippines, my son needs me also he's an American citizen and presently with his father, my husband having a hard time right now adjusting his job because of this situation.
