I have just discovered this group and I notice it is very informative. But I wonder if there is some knowledgeable 'whizz' out there that could give me a starting point. I have a successful UK computer retail/repair business (over 2 years) with an increasing turnover (running currently at about £250,000) and I understand I can set up a subsiduary of my business in the USA. The UK business is about to become a limited company with myself as managing director. I would like to move over to the USA to build an international subsiduary. Can anybody help me with information on where to start? What sort of visa I would need? Where do I find a reputable immigration lawyer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
