Default Moving to the USA

Hi,

There is a chance i may need to relocate to the US with work, possibly New York or Boston. Would my girlfriend be able to come out on my visa and be able to look for work. Also the fact she is australian, would that complicate matters further.

Any advice appreciated

On your visa? No. On a derivative visa? Perhaps. On her own visa? Possibly.

No.

E-3 is definitely work related. It's for people with a Degree (US standard) and working in the same field as their degree. If no degree then I think 3 (or 4 i think) years work experience for every year of the degree.

Without getting into too much detail, it's for australian citizens and who have a job offer and employee ready to get the LCA.

Dependant on E-3 needs be a spouse.
